(Understand 'erotic' as broadly as you want...)

My favourite is Delta of Venus by Anais Nin.

Start with Devious Little Liars. Story/writing isn’t great but she can defo write a spicy scene

Still the story of O. Not just the writing but the mystery of the author behind it, shocked some people who'd read it to their core when they found out a woman wrote it, some still don't believe it. They should spend some time in the fab forums, they'd more than blush at some of the ladies we have

It’s not particularly erotic but what opened my eyes as a young girl & got the cogs working was Forever by Judy Blume

It was that first insight

My Indian friend has always called the female pudendum a 'nini'

So, whenever I read the name Anais Nin, I think of 'A nice nini'.

Almost as though the author was using a pen name appropriate to the book title!

The devil in miss Jones is a great vintage movie Georgina Spelvin if I remember her name correctly was very much an adult icon in her day

The Sexual Life of Catherine M by Catherine Millet. A phenomenal memoir of a committed pervert. Never read anything remotely as hot.
