Yes this is something that you want done for yourself and your choice.

Me personally no, if something goes wrong it's your penis.

I'm not apposed to plastic surgery each to there own, but your penis no.

Look at how many boob jobs go wrong yes there's a risk with every surgery, but this is a popular one compared to penis enlargment.

At the end of the day it's up to you to do what you want with your body.

I just hope everything goes OK for you and you're happy with the results you get.

My very good friend is a plastic surgeon.

This procedure is associated with huge risks and not much benefit, hence why it is not as popular as it might be.

It often leads to scarring which impairs erection, pain and not a lot of positives for an extra inch.

It is not usually advised for physiologically normal penises in this country.

You’ve been told all this before though.

Personally, I think you’re going to fuck up a normal penis but that’s your call.

An extra inch isn’t going to get you meets.

It’s very dissimilar to breast implants. Breasts are a static organ. A penis needs to increase and decrease in size in order to get an erection. Scar tissue will decrease the ability for this to happen easily.

It probably comes with many risks that outweigh the benefits you might think.

Also if it doesn’t get you any meets, then what?

I am very average in the trouser department (if not below average), but I've never had any complaints. (Well, not to my face!)

My understanding is that the cited gains are not guaranteed. And, for me, the risks far outweigh any potential benefits.

Given all the issues we can have with our manhoods, I don't think size is really the most important factor.

I would love to be a bit bigger but don't think the risk of an op is worth it.

Women will appreciate what you've got, I've seen my wife with bigger and smaller she still says it's more in how guys move.

If your having the surgery just so you can impress the ladies on here and get more meets then thats wrong. If the surgery goes/went wrong you could end up worse off. You can get penis extentions from love honey without surgery and the risk of disfigurement....oh and its not as costly.

So many reports of awful outcomes, and as someone else has said on here, a boob implant is completely different.

Hubby has no problems admitting he is average at best, but he has good technique and staying power, as well as being a considerate lover, and that is why he always had attractive partners before we met, and why we have fab fun now.

In fact he is so vigorous he had a “sports injury” and had to see a urologist. He learned that scar tissue is a very serious problem that can limit erections. Luckily he was ok after abstinence for a period of time as there was no long term scarring, but surgery presents a much greater risk!

Right, firstly everyone who has surgery cannot get a hard on for months until all is healed. Afterwards, your limp dick, is gonna need some help. In come the penis pumps because after surgery and drugs to keep him dead, he's gonna need help.

Having read many of your thread posts I can't help but feel you're doing it for the wrong reasons.

Have a look on the Real Self website. There are reviews and information about penis enlargement.

If you are really going to do this please find out what the risks are. If it goes wrong you are very young to have to suffer with a penis that doesn't work anymore.

I think it's likely that the issue is most likely in your head rather than physical.

It would be so unfortunate if the scar tissue stopped you getting a comfortable hard-on if you did go through with the surgery.

That’s correct. Penis surgery is almost exclusively reserved for physiologically abnormal penises in order to bring some small amount of improvement.

I was tempted to say that any morally and clinically sound surgeon would not proceed with this dangerous procedure on a normal penis but there are always people who will take your money.

After reading about male sizes and the actual figures there is a lot of bollocks (excuse the term) about this subject.

So far as I can tell in the UK if an erect penis is below 4 inches when tumescent then it is possible to get surgery to remove the connective tissue that will allow some additional length but this may result in a lack of rigidity at the base though this hasn't been stated. For lengthening I have never read any other information.

To add girth is possible through a subcutaneous lipid transplant, chopping fat from somewhere to pack out the penis. I'm not sure of the outcomes here as fat will ebb away over time though blood does flow through fat tissue it will not necessarily give the same rigidity as a full erection.

These are thoughts combined with written matter though your surgical team will be better able to advise you. When they say something maybe uncomfortable they actually mean it will damn well f***ing hurt in my experience.

Oh dear. He will never be happy & needs psych evaluation before he gets the surgery. Psych evaluation should be part of the treatment but some will just ask a few basic questions & take the money. It’s a business not a care institute.

A friend on here has reached out to me and suggested that I might have body dysmorphia about my penis size. She asked how long I've been thinking it's small, and I had to admit that it was not long after joining fab.

She thinks because I've seen a lot of really big ones on other profiles, ive started comparing too much and ended up believing mine is much smaller than it really is. And due to a lack of meets, I've tied them together using some unhealthy logic.

It's something I'll happily bring up with the doctor at the consultation in a couple of weeks when I get evaluated.

I can happily dm names of several micro penis that are on here. They may give you a good comparison.

If you do have body dysmophia you would need that diagnosed a surgeon can't diagnose that. Plus as explained they wouldn't operate in the country on your healthy penis.

I think u def need some sort of psychological evaluation mate because they need to see if u can handle it if it all went wrong. From what yr saying, yr dysmorphia (if u have it) will be nothing compared to yr mental state if it all goes terribly wrong. U've only got to look at the reviews to see its 50/50. As a nurse who has seen this surgery, due to medical reasons and also as a swinger I’ll give two answers:

1. No surgeon will carry out the surgery unless you pay and go abroad purely based upon the reasons you give here and on other posts that you feel your size stops you getting meets.

The surgery is incredibly painful and not guaranteed to work and can damage nerve endings which cause erectile issues.

If you feel you need this surgery to prove your success then politely I would suggest you’re not in the correct mental state of mind to be on a site like this at present. That may sound harsh but true

How many times have we seen so called screening procedures being purely box ticking exercises to comply with regulatory requirements rather than scrupulous assessments, online pharmacies and cosmetic surgeriy mills being cases in point?

Just because you are speaking to a so called psychologist does not mean they will always have your best interest at heart.

I spoke with the consultant yesterday, and their assessment is that I'm well below average girth and below average length. Overall he said I'm a good candidate.

I've got an appointment with a psychologist in a couple of weeks to make sure I'm healthy and doing it for the right reasons.

This does sound like a pretty severe case of body dysmorphia and I sincerely hope that the psychologist picks up on this as it is blaringly obvious in my non professional opinion.

Really think it would do you a great deal of good to look into why you feel your penis is unsatisfactory. Especially before going to the extreme lengths of enlargement surgery, which for reasons explained before is hugely risky and bordering on unethical.

Despite many well meaning posters taking time to give you solid advice, you seem hell bent on ignoring it.

It’s not silicone they use it’s fatty tissue they use to give you more girth but the problem with it is that for a few weeks afterwards you will have to regularly stretch and massage it otherwise the fatty tissue just gets reabsorbed back into the body
