Single men.

WHY DO YOU DO THIS.

Serious question I do not understand. When I message someone I try and do so in a thoughtful way and reflect on WHY I'm messaging that person. I genuinely don't understand why you wouldn't make some effort.

And moreover... why do you copy and paste the same message to the same woman multiple times?

Got a repeat copy paste message last night and not only did he do that but he then went and sent the exact same message to one of my friends from my veri list. As if we don't talk.

So. Single men. Please. Why do you send copy paste messages to the whole site? What's the goal?

Help me understand.

https://m.fabswingers.com/forum/support/1294591 was a recent thread about exactly this. Turns out that (a lot of) men have given up putting any effort in as when they (believe they) do, their messages still get deleted unread.

They are just lazy and it's the equivalent of those ads in Face book hoping that just one in a thousand will answer.

Really they don't deserve any answers let alone a polite one.

Rejection happens. Even if someone sends a slightly custom message referring to a shared interest, I will reply with a polite no thanks. Maybe the messages they think they've made an effort for are actually still shit ha.

Personally I don’t send copy and paste messages but after being on this thing six years I can understand why single blokes do. You can send a polite friendly message and get an instant block and 90% of time get no reply. So some men may be disheartened by the experience just accept that etiquette/manners in relation to messaging on here doesn’t exist so why make the effort. I also agree that some are just plain lazy and play the numbers game with copy and late messaging.

Happy Wednesday y’all

I fully understand why males do this and I would so the same if I were a man.

Pure laziness and lack of imagination is my best guess

oh i had a few of those literally same message within 5 minutes apart.

i even take the time to reply to the first one and get the same one again. like they are not even reading your reply. just ignore and block from then on.

this site does crack me up sometimes, and make me laugh

Their logic is send out 1000 messages hoping they get a return, it's a numbers game.

Every hole is a goal.

Because I’m a bloke and would rather watch telly than compile a thought through message. Hope this helps.

It's funny when they start off by saying "thanks for checking out my profile" when you obviously haven't!
