Mainly for the good campsite guide book you get and a little bit of discount you get on some sites.

We've met a few people in our campervan. we normally post where were going and use whose near but it's all hit and miss.

Not a caravaner, but I've always been a keen camper, small 2 man backpack tent generally, although I no longer really backpack, I now just camp and eat in a pub. Typical site would be the Langdale site near Ambleside and eating at the old or new dungeon ghyll. Don't know about swinging but there was always lots of sex going on there, you could hear it most of the night. Haven't been for many years so no idea if it's still the same. Fond memories of meeting many fine people there.

Straight on the Riverside indeedy. We did 6 miles on the paddle board from the campsite up river on the Saturday and down to ROW 9 miles on the Sunday. Very tired campers
