We have found the same problem you invite twice as many as you want and you are lucky if two turn up.

It's got nothing to do with luck , more to do with men chickening out at the last minute with little or no reason.

It just depends on what numbers you’re thinking but generally if you invite 10 more than three turn up, take that as a win. I’ve been invited to a couple of these type of meetings, one of them was supposed to have been four guys and only I turned up, and another one for six guys and only myself and one of the turned up and he was very light
