Yes with mixed feelings. Possibly getting better but it seems clear many of the couples haven't discussed swinging, feelings, doubts and fears, boundaries nor are their relationships strong enough !

I have watched 3 episodes now, can't help thinking that these couples are going to be very disappointed if they take up this hobby.

I found last nights program funny, the young couple that had their relationship destroyed by the experience but were still smiling although it would be fair to say it wasn't great to start with. The old guy with 3 willing girls to himself, not sure if that is realistic.

I wonder how these couples have been chosen, I guess its really about looks as they don't seem to have given much thought to swinging.

Then we have the so-called expert, who sends the couples to meet on their own to test the relationship, just how many couples on here play in separate rooms?

At the end of the day its an entertaining TV program and maybe further removed from the real world than I thought it may be.

I'm impressed with how Alex and Lydie handled their situation after no-rules night, showed maturity considering how young they are.
