Preparing for pegging

My new gf has indicated she is turned on by the thought of prostrate play and maybe pegging me too.

Anybody else who is in to this, how should I prepare?

Obviously a good thorough and wash in that ‘area’ but should I be cleaning up ‘internally’ too?

If so, how do people recommend??

Be careful of what you eat the day before as well as on the day.

A good douche with the shower head on jet

It also a good idea to take a toy into the shower for a bit of a practice that way you will know you are clean.

After which have fun

Yes you need to clean internally if you want to help avoid mess, but mess can happen anyway.

Lots of guides online on how to do this safely, so you don’t damage yourself or upset the balance in your gut.

Just don’t do what some do and eat 3 packs of imodium.

Look up on what to eat. As a person with IBS I’ve had to fine tune what I eat if I’m having my ass played with!
