I want your opinion.

I been on this website for some time (10 years with a break of 9 years) and I had few amazing meetings but I had some dates not showing up.

I am not classing myself as handsome or ugly but always keep my word and integrity.

Why are the people don't stand with their words? When we arrange meetings, I am early, fresh and then I get stood up.

Can anyone give me advice on why?

Respectfully

Dan

"People are dicks. "

Succinct but true.

There are a lot of dreamers on here that are happy to mess others about.

OP, it's not personal. It's just the way some people are

I’m more likely to be shocked by someone turning up, being who they say they are and not being a dick than someone ghosting.

Don’t take it personally, sometimes people bite off more than they can chew and then get scared I would imagine. It’s quite daunting, we’ve been at parties where people turn up already d*unk to try and combat the nerves. Keep going you already know it’s worth it x

Is funny that everyone want to meet for sex but they get nervous for a initial social meeting.

My time is limited due the work and life presure and I am on this site to meet people like me(actively breaking boundaries relating to social and sex norms) and I get really wind up with people who don't respect themselves.

(rant over)

But I apreciate your advice on how to maybe more active in this "fabs world".

Sometimes people can have the fullest intention of wanting to meet, but get cold feet due to nerves, the hassle of travelling etc.

Does not always mean it is okay, but it doesn't always mean the other person is an asshole either. People are complex.
