Here’s my (minor) problem.

I like the idea of wearing a cock ring, but so far when I tried a silicone ring, it doesn’t stay around my balls.

My scrotum is quite tight and the ring seems to slip off my balls during use. Worse, it sometimes slips off just one of them leaving me looking like a badly wrapped parcel.

Anyone else have this issue and if so, did you find a remedy?

It's about getting the right size and what feels good. You have to try a few; look on Lovehoney, they have a good range.

I've got a stainless steel one, it fits well, feels good and gives out the right signals (apparently).

I use one with three holes - one to get it over your junk, one to put your cock through and the other to put your balls through. I find it much better than the usual type. I get quite the tight scrote as well, but haven't lost a ball yet!

I see what you've done there. My issues was with the ring that just goes around the balls or around the balls and cock shaft.

For me it's a few things. Sometimes makes the old chap a bit bigger and harder. Also means if I've had a few drinks or get nervous it can cover for me to a degree. But I really don't wear it often as I'm conscious of what people think about it.
