Out of interest id like to hear from both women and men what size/shape body they prefer. As a guy thats not "ripped" "skinny" or "muscle build" it can feel intimidating when you feel theirs men who are ripped, fit ect but i know not everybody wants or likes that.

So what is your preference (yes i know its about personality too!) But what would be your typical preference on a guy or female?

Im of a larger / dadbod kind of bodysize/shape.

(No offence intended by this post this is just more of a body confidence post)

As a bigger guy when you see alot of guys here that are gymfit/in shape slim body types it can knock your confidence that any women/couple would be interested.

Athletic to fit rugby type bodies do it for me.

I also like woman around size 10-14 which is smaller than me.

I don’t feeling threatened or embarrassed being around fitter people than me.

I’ve probably an average body; medium in just about everything clothes-wise. You only have to look at the male ‘hot’ photos to know what you’re up against! As for a preference for a lady’s body I’d say size 12-16.

You can prevent that in one of two ways, or both.

Don't compare yourself to others, we each have qualities and negatives, focus on your qualities and be happy, life is too short to be concerned about popularity.

Or, look at changing what you don't appreciate about yourself.

Eat healthier, walk more and exercise in the home.

There's apps and YouTube have videos that can help.

I say this because I became unhappy with myself and so I made those changes. I'm so glad I did.

I stick to this thought ....... If you want change, you have to be willing to change.

This time next year, you could be feeling very different if you can manage to take on any of these suggestions, even better if you manage buy.

Without a doubt I prefer thick, chunky, robust men. Dad bods, Asda dads, whatever you call them, give me a belly and chunky legs any day! Slender, athletic frames do nothing for me.

I’ve no preference really, I can fancy someone with nice eyes or a nice ass that look totally different, I’ve had extreme weightloss and a little loose skin that I worry about

I love cuddly ladies with something to snuggle up to. But, the most important thing is what they are like as a person. Its no good having a lovely cuddly body to snuggle up with if they aren't as nice on the inside as they are on the outside.
