Too many would still exaggerate their size not to mention the wives who say their husbands have large ones. Recently met with a couple whom we had interacted with at several meet and greets. Why?

There's already Size, Age and Body Type on a profile which, some are less than honest about. Adding Cock size would just give some people another opportunity to be tell a big fat fib.

But if there was nipple size on a profile, well....
