The issue with any machine that is used is stopping it sliding up the bed or along the floor.

Whilst the blue ball machine/Ufuc pro2 is heavyish it will slide up the bed unless it has a stop bar tucked into the base board.

The noise issue is down to what you have in your house.

eg:

Theres a machine drone with them one from the motor, One from the pounding sliding bar.

Wood floors with very little furniture echoes.

Same can be said with upstairs wood beam flooring.

You can stop some sound traveling to your wood floors by using 4 rubber sucker feet (industrial)
