Airbnb with a fab extra

Just an idea, from an airbnb hosts point of view so many fab members seem to like to book breaks away where they are looking for something fab to enjoy, wouldn't it just be easier to know that your airbnb hosts are not vanilla, and would happily call in one evening to watch or be watched as an added spice to your break away, without the complications or risk of inviting strangers back.

Are we missing out on an added advantage of all being like minded on here or does it sound like a non starter, opinions and ideas please.

Think it's a fabtastic idea. Not sure how you would discretely advertise the fact to potential fab guests though
