Seeking group venue

Kettering

We are looking for a suitable venue to stage a group scenario sometime in November. We are hoping to find somewhere rural and discreet, maybe a cottage/house/pub somewhere in Northants area.

Would need to be quite spacious as we are looking at probably 3 women and 10/12 guys.
