I suppose it depends on your definition of dirty, sticking to the floor dirty or just untidy and dusty?

Few years ago I had this experience, wasn't great at all and put me right off. Ended up doing all her decorating for her after she found out I did it for a living.. all above board and professionally. Few weeks after I was invited back for the evening again, still didn't feel right, felt like I was at work snagging

We we're invited to a flat few weeks ago. Empty pizza boxes, empty maccys cups on floor. Tomato sauce bottles on box shelf next to sofa. And general crud around. I'm no Mrs Hinch, but I was not in the zone. So we made our excuses and left.

And despite her looks and her latex fetish, this was the only time CatWoman had be turned down.

Hotels are cheap these days and i always book one with a bar for pre drinks and a chat

plus you can just reserve and not pay untill arrival and cancel up untill noon on the day of arrival.

so i try for hotel meets , saves any situations like ops

"would you stay or make excuses and leave"

Yes, get up and leave.

If they ask why, tell them your house is filthy.

Don't give these people any breaks, it's your night why shouldn't it be a good night.

If it was dirty or smelly we would have to leave. That said we haven’t met at anyone’s house, we are more comfortable in clubs or hotels

We once went to a couples house it was sparkling so thought their personal hygiene would of been spot on but she had toilet paper everywhere on her and she smelt like farm fertiliser.

Just once thank god. They were lovely though and very clean. Yet their house ?, the kitchen was the worse, dirty marks on the floor round the bin, dirty work tops, rubbish everywhere etc. Cherry didnt want to go back even though they wanted to see us again

No but if we did we would turn and walk away because it doesn't say much about the person and would be a turn off for us

Years ago when I was looking to get off the mark, I met with a girl at a town house. Because of the location I immediately had some reservations but I said fuck it because the photos were decent.

Anyway. The house was either a student house or a shared house and just grim inside with no carpets, mess everywhere. We went upstairs and I was outside of my comfort zone but also feeling...obliged. I remember fingering her and being shocked to see blood on my fingers. I asked to use the bathroom to wash my hands and the state of it was horrendous. Worst part of the house.

I made my excuses and left.

I'm not expecting a scene from Homes Magazine or anything like that but this was a disaster site. As others have said, if that's their general standard of living then what's their personal hygiene like too?
