Does anyone ever get really down and feeling low a couple days after a really really good meet ?

Whenever I have an amazing sex session, I always end up feeling miserable a couple days after, just wondering if anyone gets the same, and what could be the reason ?

Well I had it after the last time I had sex, because it was a fucking disaster. Literally.

I get it OP. Not always, it's swings and roundabouts.

I'm a woman so hormones play a big part, but sometimes it's cause I go home alone after. Just try doing something you enjoy to get out of the headspace

I suffer from PTSD and I’m prone to severe anxiety and depression at the best of times

A really good sex session is the best remedy.

Also helps in here if after you’ve met and had a good session make sure you arrange another soon after

Keeps the black dog away

I'm the same sometimes as I know I'll go home back to the usal family life or if its night hubby usually asleep I bed.

I never know when I'll be lucky enough to have much with hubby though he will give me the cuddles ect try his best but I just don't find it's enough, love him to bits but does make me go though the what ifs?

I've got it occasionally if it's been a really good meet at a club and I didn't get their details because it will likely be the one and only time I'll see them.

being honest I dont feel anything after a meet, its out of sight out of mind with me. my brain just switches back into normal life mode on my way back ...

I am very machine like with switching my feelings on and off as I require them for use

I think that's probably the best way to be if your in it for the purely physical

this is the same as a post holiday slump.

The endorphins have dropped and faded away and withdrawal symptoms have reared their ugly head.

I get this really bad.

See what you describe here is just anathema to my thought process . I find it fascinating when people tell me things like this and how they get compromised emotionally on things happing as such ..

replace the endorphins with something else if you feel them dropping I would say. weight training / exercise is excellent at jumping the brain to produce .

Dysfunctional breathing does lower the mood and takes all of the fun out anaerobic exercise. Low t-levels haven't helped either.

Yes, I'm on two waiting lists.

You may have addiction issues and I can strongly relate to this.

When you have a meet you experience a high, but then when it is over you feel down as you have gone back to the normal level of being.

Seeking these highs can lead to addiction issues, how you had issues with anything else addictive?
