This is why most people block single guys and might only open the option to contact them of vice versa. I did it when I was trying to organise a gangbang with bi guys and hardly anyone read the profile, was just endless messages saying hi take a look at my cock lol. Look for men yourself.

I do it when we are looking for men. Mail a load you like then see what the replies are like and narrow it down.

Simple. Never had problems, never been stood up. Met some lovely blokes.

I take a proactive to approach to this.

I block anyone and everyone I have no interest in - particularly people with no verifications as well as lurkers.

Eventually it leaves those who may be of interest with the ability to contact.

Just to say also, whilst men don’t get unsolicited pussy pics, we do get nonsense messages from females, who also often don’t read profiles.

Blue balls might be why they send crappy messages.

I can't be bothered scrolling through thousands of profiles to find what I want so I have my filters set so only a certain age range can message at a time. It cuts down the amount of messages I get, and I close my filters when I have too many to deal with.

The real solution is to look for yourself and keep your filters closed.

I pretty much wait for couples to contact me if they are interested now. I have spent a lot of time in the past writing specific and thought out messages to couples and 99% of them are deleted without response. We have exactly the same issues. We get an avalanche of messages from straight guys who have been too lazy to read our profile and have made no effort with their own one either.

So what happens is we get fed up with it and just block single guys. I realise that's somewhat unfair on single guys, but the ones to blame for it are those who are too lazy to read our profile or write a half decent one of their own.

Quite honestly I don't think the situation will ever change any more than the problem with timewasters can ever be solved.

Also, because the mods don't like timewasters named, they know they can get away with it with impunity.

My sense is that there is an element of exhibitionism to it. It’s well documented and understood that women don’t like receiving such pictures, so that seems to be a plausible explanation.

The recent change in law might make some think twice …even if there are legitimate questions as to whether the law will apply in this setting (my sense is it will, as legislation of this nature is generally drafted broadly).
