To be fair, I think the site attracts a lot of "freeloaders" (and using the word carefully) .. PEOPLE (guys, girls, couples...) who think you come on here having allegedly seen some ad link possibly saying "Loads of hot horny people waiting to have sex with 'YOU; " and so all come running waiting for this to be fulfilled.

The problem then arrises when a number of these 'people' (guys, girls, couples, ...) decide to "mass-mail" pretty much every female on the site, especially the new ones (mentality "Let me get in before anyone/everyone else snatches her up and she becomes a couple!") ... even before the poor girl has even put a shoe-pic up (usually her profile would have as description:

"Female, likes sex, Just joined, will write something decent later" ... age, location, orientation and preferences irrelevant, and no pic (much less verification of any form).

All I the space of the first few hours. A lot of females I've had this conversation with tend to receive typically 30-80 emails and friends' requests within the first 8 hrs (without pics) - imagine then WITH pics and 'green flag' verification?

Just a theory.

I dont think its personal against single males in general , but as soon as a single female joins the site single males think they are only to willing to open their legs for anyone..!

Maybe many girls are looking for bi-females or just couples ?

oh god yeah i get messages off them type daily, being told im not their type anyway and how they can do better than me down the pub, and how i should be grateful they wanted to meet me etc to be honest as a single woman i can understand why lots block single guys, most are just damn right rude and abusive as soon as you say 'not interested' in them

Have noticed quite a few single fems now put on their profile not looking for single guys but i bet they still get hasssled, so you can understand why they block them. I was a single fem on another site ( where we actually met) and i got on average 60 messages a day from single guys. We have blocked single guys simply because they didnt read the profile and kept messaging. If we want a single guy we will do the contacting. Afraid some men spoil it for the good ones

I find it hard to believe guys find it hard to get a meet, I'm constantly fighting off the women from here, in fact I've put a block on them now.

Its just true as soon seen single fem then you do get hasseled with emails, winks, etc before even invited them and when you do say sorry etc they do give you abuse we girls dont all take our knickers off and are easy pray

i dont block single guys just dont reply to most as to many

... Which is why I've stopped contacting for meets altogether - I don't want my email(s) being grouped together with the rest of the "unwanteds" and seen as the same.

I've come to learn "if a woman is interested, she'll let you know - if she hasn't given a hint of interest then its cause she isn't.". Works for me.

the nasty reply goes both ways, and if it wasn't against site rules i'd cut and paste a few i've had, may i add those were just for looking at a profile without even sending a message, so you see women aint the only ones who do get abuse, and for a single guy to come on the forums and leave himself wide open to abuse in this way shows, for me at least that he hasn't the right mental aptitude for swinging in the first place.

after all to swing you need a willing playmate, and to find one takes patients,respect,and decorum,and a sence of humour,what you don't need is to show yourself up and spoil something before it gets started.

Its a SWING sige not a NSA site, the people using it want friendly,fun,inteligent people to play with,so pushy,abusive,males are going to be constantly blocked, and unfortunately so will all single guy's eventually. or the sites will just apply limits by charging the single male for the use of the site,same as the clubs have done to limit the numbers of single males entering them.

So grow up become more adult in your approach to the swing community and the rewards can be yours to reap.

these are my own personal veiws though i'm sure a few others might well share some of the points and issues i've posted

how are you a single guy ? when you also have a cpls profile with your wife ?

and single ladies are "it" due to the fact that they are in such demand ,

we men out numbert them 50-1 on most sites and so they can be picky about who they see,

getting stroppy about it on here does not help, all you do is let the ladies know they were right in blocking you

I dont block single men but I am fed up with some thinking that as I'm on here and single that I should meet them even if they dont fit what i'm looking for on my profile ie age etc I always try to nice nice in saying no but have had some very rude replies..oh well lol xxx

That's where winks come in handy, a little wink to draw attention to take a look at your profile, then if interested they wink or even message back, but so many consider winks to be lazy, personally I find it polite.

True..and men who are worth meeting generally dont have to send out an avalanche of invites and mails...quality guys tend to get plenty of meets via word of mouth on the swinging grapevine...they also tend to be well mannered and actually like the women and couples they play with...get the strong feeling that the poster has a bit of a chip on his shoulder about women...if women want to block single men thats their choice...as its the poster's choice not to mail these women...After all is'nt the freedom of choice the backbone of this lifestyle..???????

My mate joined up a while ago, not meeting at first just chatting and getting to know people before she joined the scene as a single fem as she had been part of a couple before, the sheer amount of mail and abuse she had if she said no made her leave.

Shame really as she was genuine and still swings just uses clubs and swing friends she has made.
