Not sure such a scale exists for tightness, other than in theoretical maths, cant really apply that to the vag.

Easy for men though, sausage hardness could be measured on the Vickers or Brinell scale

Tightness relates to elasticity I guess?

Wetness would be a measure of friction. Too wet and there is a loss of sensitivity; too dry and it's uncomfortable, particularly for the woman
