What are peoples thoughts on these. How long do you wear them for? I have had mine on for a good 4 hours now and my nipples are very sore.

It's not wise to have any ckamp in place for too long. They can cut blood supply and cause damage. If I were you I'd remove them and not use them again for a while

Ouch.. too long I think. After 30 mins or so it starts hurting me and they come off… maybe an hour max?

I love wearing them and applying them to others! Seeing them well captured in pics is a real turn-on as well

. However, as stated by others, beware of the circulation concerns and wear for a limited time...
