We didn’t get up to much, but had some gorgeous steak surrounded by beautiful veggies, watched some films together and then sort of dozed off

Not as I’d hoped

She was at work during the day, I was off. I went over to hers and cooked a delicious steak dinner for us and our kids (she has 2 I have 1)

I gave a thoughtful gift and card, I received a key ring. We put the kids to bed. She fell asleep on the sofa. We went to bed, we chatted, and then she went to sleep again.
