We recently got one and both think it's great!

It is a 2" extension and has a bit that goes round his balls to keep it secure, it's a silicone material so nice and flexible and feels good for both of us.

We got it just as an added bonus sometimes and it can keep m going for longer too so has a double bonus

I've got 3 different ones. One is black and adds a couple of inches in length and 1 in girth and the wife loves it's as we roleplay she's being fucked by a black guy.
