Breast milk / lactation may turn you on and as another has posted it is a known fetish.

However , this is one of the reasons I felt uncomfortable breast feeding my child in public.

It’s a natural, beautiful and necessary act. Not a sexual performance.

I would hope that you would give breast feeding mothers and their babies the privacy and respect they deserve.

That is so sad. I love seeing a mother feeding her baby. It never fails to make me smile, and then look away, giving respect and privacy.
