Is it just me or is it hard to find a long term fwb or play partner -couple

No we're still looking they either want just him or just me (women) but don't want to interact as a 3. we're going to clubs more often now as it's a friendlier,chilled atmosphere than on here. Good luck to you though

looking for a fwb is hard because there is alot more to want & trust and it can and often does cross the line with drama and clingyness and jealosy all the things you dont want with a fwb..

we found that fwb happen rather than look for we know a few fwb some having knon for 20+ years just good friends who we play with who have always stayed on the right side of the line ...

also for a guy its going to be super super hard .. its hard to find normal meets i think its nearly as hard as finding a relationship on here if its hard for women in there small numbers then its going to be nearly very impossiable for men

No it's not hard OP. Either you develop a casual relationship with singles you play with on here by recognising the level of repeat activity they want going forward and pitching yourself in at that level or you go to the organised swinger socials in your area and start meeting potential new friends that way.If you are not pushy and make every play date with the same woman varied from previous playdates then you will keep the interest going .

but as you put it social meets and clubs are defo alot easier as its face to face its easy to meet normal let alone everything else

We're lucky as we're a friends with benefits couple. Met on here years ago and it developed.

I have a vanilla fwb before. It's just a case of meeting the right people.

I don't actually believe you can set out to find one, a fwb happens over time

I've been lucky to find a long term FWB through the site. We weren't looking for that but it just happened. Sadly I no longer see him, as he started a new vanilla relationship and I was no longer wanted but I might have found a new FWB recently.

Don't go looking, make it known on your profile that a longer term FWB would be your ideal, but no pressure initially. Have repeat meets and be open with each other about what you would like if you click. Check out hobbies, common interests etc and include that in meets.

Can’t speak for everyone, but I had a FWB after being widowed.

I didn’t want a relationship, and certainly wasn’t in the headspace for one.

But I missed sex and fun. So the choices were one night stands, which didn’t appeal, or regular fun with someone i could trust.

There are times where for some people FWB is a great option - all the fun bits with none of the hard or bad bits.
