What are the pros and cons? Anyone on here only do club meets? Has your swinging experience been improved for it?

I’d just like to get perspectives of people who only meet at clubs - ease of arranging things, do you feel like you're missing out on people when they dont/wont meet at clubs etc

Saves putting all your eggs in one basket and it is so much easier to turn up to a Club and know that everyone there is “probably” looking for the same thing.

Or, filter through messages/profiles, assess fairness, try to arrange meet, hope that he/she/they turn up, hope that they have all their teeth and don’t smell etc etc

Clubs are easier for us for the same reason, still have a nice social night out together as well if nothing else .

I can see the benefits from a safety perspective, if the other person is a no show you've not wasted your evening

The negatives for me would be, if we didn't click but they still hung around for the night. Others not realising your on a meet & trying to interrupt the conversation, so not getting the opportunity to have a proper meet etc

I think clubs are great because you can have conversations with people with no obligation but also no filtering out by age….

Very social places so you can play with people that you like as well as fancy. Win-win

Pros - You can have a great night out whether you hook up with someone or not. They have a great atmosphere. You're in a building full of like minded people. You can go to a nightclub and have a dance and not feel old! You can take your own booze, saving on drinks money and ensuring you don't drink too much. They're great for people watching. They're great for exhibitionism and voyeurism. If you you don't click with someone you can move on.

Cons - You have to pay

me.. I only do club meets... it's so much less stress....

I don't ever feel like I'm missing out on anything

I prefer clubs, if you arrange a meet and you aren't compatible you can talk to others, if he/she doesn't show you can still have a good time socialising etc alot less stress.

Exactly this, there is too much pressure when you meet outside of a club.

I wouldn’t meet a stranger as his entry ticket, he’d have to be able to get in on his own volition so that if we don’t click we can both move on ( in different directions

)

Also for me … “ proper meet” doesn’t mean exclusive so I’d expect him to be able to play nice with others if the opportunity aroused and I was so inclined. For exclusivity he’d have to put a ring on it

We only do club meets mostly for the reasons already mentioned. Our time is limited and we don't want a night out ruined by a no show or lack of connection. If it doesn't go to plan in a club we still have a great night.

General consensus is going to be that clubs are best. We've only done one club, once, last week and thoroughly enjoyed it and met and played with a lovely couple who we'll be seeing outside of the club.

However....for us, clubs aren't as useful or convenient as arranging meets on here, even accounting for the no-shows. Char has post-chemo long term health issues and one of those is that she gets a lot of abdominal pain from traveling, and anything like an hour in the car knocks her for six and she's too knackered for anything at all.

Our local clubs are both about an hour away, so unless we factor in a hotel and get there four hours early, we are much better off meeting at home.

Also....Char is quite picky and we have a much bigger "pool" on here than from the evenings attendees at a club, and as I don't play with other females and clubs are more geared towards towards couples (obviously except greedy girls nights) then our choice is even more limited.

All you can do is try clubs, try home meets, try hotel meets. Not everything suits everyone.

I'm starting to veer towards club meets only as I think most people are doing this rather than find someone to meet privately. It's getting more difficult to meet someone and in a club at least it's a night out x

We have recently changed our whole approach to this lifestyle. Arranging private meets is full of all sorts and trials and tribulations that we just can’t be arsed with.

Going down the club scene route, you are guaranteed at the very least, a night out together. That being said, we have had some amazingly sexy times pretty much every time we’ve visited a club. However, it is important to find the club that best suits your individual requirements but there is a club out there for everyone.

I'm struggling to find time for socials atm with a new job and some family issues so I'm doing club meets.

I'm not back and forth arranging days and times that work for us both. I can see their face and body type straight away. I can have the social then either fuck straight away or know if I want to on another occasion.

I'm prob missing out on a few guys who'don't do clubs' but I simply don't have the time atm

We only meet in clubs although we are constantly messaged by guys asking for meets outside of them. We love a club night, theres no pressure and our time is precious as we have kids. Always have a good night at a club, some nights are epic

We had a couple of socials away from clubs and tbh didn't really work for us.

We've been to clubs without arranging anything beforehand and left feeling a bit frustrated if we hadn't clicked with anyone.

Arranging a meet at a club is definitely the way forward

Clubs work great for us. No wasted time, no wasted effort and far more opportunities. Its a no brained really. We don't really arrange any meets online. We just got to clubs, find new people in the real world and have great times. We've also made a fair few genuine friends from the club scene too.

The majority of our meets have been in clubs.

There's several benefits; if you don't click there are alternative "victims", nobody has to sleep in the wet patch, greater opportunities for group sex, dancing, socialising etc.

This is (or, pre Covid, was) us. We only played in clubs, except with people we have already met through clubs and with whom we have become friends. We both prefer playing without the toing and froing of arrangements, risks of no shows, and potential meets not looking anything like their photos or either of us not finding the other attractive. Plus clubs offer the best chance of spontaneous threesomes and moresomes and, especially important for me, girl on girl action.
