On my last thread we have had really good mixed comments about the lack of male confidence in displaying photos on couples profiles. As a man writing this I also have these issues when taking pics of myself. It’s easier for a woman to put something sexy on and take pics and get lots of interest.

So come on lads let’s embrace ourselves and show the ladies what we have to offer. We are all different so let’s not hide away.

As a couple we like to see equal pics of the man and woman. Quite cheeky as we only have one pic of G at the moment as he is shy about others seeing his body but proud of it when showing me.

I think this was mainly due to us originally looking for a guy only and the emphasis was always going to be on my body than his.

But now we're also seeking couples I will persuade him to let me take more pics of him.

’s about mixing it up, taking some different types of pics, dressed and undressed. Use black and white instead of colour for example, highlight your best feature and don’t just get to your cock out next to a can of lynx ha!

Not saying mine are great but I’ve got quite a few and there’s not a cock in sight, so if they’re of any help for inspiration crack on…..

Although I’ve had two instances recently of people literally stealing my pics so maybe not that far…..

I had it for a while as lost my hair due to my depression the stress made it fall out within 2 month before had the beard was clean shaven and had thick long ginger hair past my chest never cut it always had long hair was going grow a beard around my mid 30's early 40's look like manscape gandalf in oap years haha

but always was fit into sports played football and rugby but lost my confidence started lifting weights at home few years ago and over come my anxiety about gym have put on good weight always was very well bulit natural broad but went from 14 stone to 16 stone of muscle still have images issues still due have stretch marks and been pale

my hair lost does bother me now again hence why never shaving off the beard as it me now and sometimes with my body as been tempted by roids as always some more lean or whatever do it for me now as people assume I like alternate girl which I do but more into gym types had big wobble as of late with my depression another story but got some good advice just focus on me for moment

This was one of our biggest worries about putting ourselves on Fab.

We understand everyone has a type but it's a big step to put your body on show for people to judge with Fabs etc.

We are over that now because for us it was the initial nerves that's it.

I hate being photographed but have started to experiment with a tripod, different lighting set ups etc and _lots_ of deleting of rubbish shots.

It is possible to come up with different shots but I think guys just have to work harder at it.

I just take a pic and think - it’s me and it gives an idea of what run down condition my body is in which considering the abuse it’s taken over the years and I’m fine with that. If I don’t wake up to 100 FAF messages that’s ok - one or 2 who read the profile and message is ok too. What will be will be. I’m happy with the way I look - and that’s all that matters. Some stunning blokes on here though and good for them if that’s what they enjoy and they feel good about themselves.

I’m sure that’s not everyone but can understand. However, it’s always nice when one of your pics gets a few fabs so maybe today is the day to start a new trend of male pic appreciation

In the west.

My confidence in my body has improved since I started training a out 4 years ago. I used to slouch all the time but I stand taller now because I train.

Before this I had a bit of a beer belly. I'm not ripped but that isn't what u set out to do.

Training has also improved my mental health as I can release some of the day's frustrations.

I've just been and bought a bike to get out and see more of my local and not so local areas.

There is a lot said in the media about how women are made to feel about their bodies but look at all the male imagery you see around of guys with muscles and six packs, it is just not something that gets talked about much.

I’m extremely self conscious and do suffer with self confidence issues I was literally at rock not so long ago. Now I’m slowly gaining my self confidence back and having a more positive outlook about how I look and more importantly feel, the hardest part is being in control of how we feel and not letting others change that in a negative way.

I appreciate some don't like having pics taken or don't like their bodies, but if you're wanting to meet, people will see them at some point.

On our couple profile, we have lots of pics of Jack as we come as a couple.

I had been self conscious and have had confidence issues for quite a while, mine due to the type of work I do, I was 100+ kg ex rugby player but let it go.. everyone around me basically washboard abs surfer type's.. and bikini clad pin ups.. but working on it, slowly gaining confidence in my body as its all in the mind.

But I would say a lot stems from I guess what we as guys end up thinking what a girl wants.. instead of actually finding out what they want..

I’m not shy, but I find myself having little ‘blips’ where I don’t post any new pics because 98% of the time all I receive is attention from men. I know I should just enjoy the appreciation from somewhere, but a little more female interest would spur me on to post more

As a man it's hard to be original and sexy in the pics, but it's still worth trying! 200 hardon pics maybe says you don't anyone seeing anything else about you and that may put women off even if you're got a mega boner.

I’m a pretty confident guy and take quite a lot of pics but I’ll still have moments when not as confident. Might post a pic on here but you can bet that it’s maybe the 5th / 6th attempt at that pic for example.

I’ve not been active much over the last couple of weeks due to covid and can feel it physically after a gym session the other day. I think male body confidence is not spoken about enough actually.

Whilst I completely agree that a profile shouldn’t just be cock shots, maybe some of the times it’s just that guys don’t know what else to show or aren’t confident to do it. Hopefully this thread has inspired a few gents to embrace it and flaunt want they have!

I’ve decided I may as well just own it, but an undone dress shirt seems to be flattering and pushes a few lady buttons whilst you’re at it.

You can even throw on a jacket and undone tie. Make it less about you, tell them a story.

To add another element.. I personally have psoriasis. Mainly upper thighs and ass, when Y first saw it, she was a little taken aback but evidently got over (and on) it.. The fact has not been a problem on meets or life in general, but I'm conscious of the fact my backside can sometimes look like a patchwork quilt..

Mr too has psoriasis, for the last couple of years he has been on injections which has made a dramatic difference! But we know all too well how it affects you mentally too. I myself suffer from rosacea (a form of acne) which I take medication for, if I miss a couple of pills I breakout like a teenager, unfortunately I can’t hide my face when I go out in public and I feel that trying to cover it with make up looks worse! Although during the pandemic face masks were welcomed by me lol xxx

Talking from experience it is easier said than done but don’t let it get you down. It did for me and I lost all confidence in my body and hated the way I was. Thankfully these injections have done wonders and I’m slowly building back up
