If you are speaking with someone who is tv/ts is it OK to ask what they prefer or if they are fully transitioned.i really don't want to hurt anyone's feelings and I'm not really bothered either way,but I'd like to know.

If someone on the trans spectrum hasn’t volunteered their pronouns there’s no reason why you can’t ask what they’d like you to use.

As for asking about people’s genitalia, it’s generally not terribly polite to randomly do so to anyone, especially someone with dysphoria. If you’re discussing potentially getting intimate though, I’d say that’s a different matter, especially if you’re someone to who that would make a difference.
