How far do you want to go OP that's the question.

A quick search on Google should give you the answers you need and there are lots of other instruments barring sounding rods.

You can get screw in pee through urethral plugs that stay in as long as you like that will help you stretch out the opening.

Not sure how far men can go but there are clips of a woman being triple penetrated, one in the arse, one in the vagina and the last in her urethra.

Sounding rods are great though, just make sure they're clean and don't use pressure yo fit them if they just don't want to go in easily.

I have a set as well. Boil the ones you're using and let them cool. Then using lots of lube at your pee hole and on the sound, let it fall down your cock. You might need to gently work it at first but it you hold your cock vertically (better still if you're hard) it will slowly drop in. Start with the thinnist in your set.
