Do you really need other people to explain to you that words have connotations and that not all of those connotations are positive?

A woman's vagina isn;t her pussy though, her vulva is her pussy, her vagina is her cunt.

The emphasis should be on the word her though. Ask her what she would like her body part to be called.

The word is emphatic and should be used in extremes.

I like the original Latin stem of Cuni.

It is softer and easier on the senses.

I'd punch a cunt...I'd kiss a cuni.

It's the English language, innit!

There are times and seasons and words change over time. Society changes and the way they view words changes. Not really sure there is a real rhyme or reason for it. When I was a lad it was generally seen as quite an insult to boys to be called gay - yet just a generation earlier and it was happily used in it's more original intent of "light, happy". Fuck was "THE" rude word to be used and was frowned on massively and was seen as the most taboo word to use a cunt was just another of those rude swear words that young, growing scrotes used to show off how old and sophisticated we were because we could swear. Perhaps lament the passing of the more commonly used "minge" though, back in the day. Hardly hear it at all these days. Interestingly, I'm not sure that the "n" word was as offensive in my youth as it clearly is today.

Bottom line - culturally, the "c" word these days seems to have become "the" taboo word and that'll be the case until it stops being so and we latch onto something else

I don't have a problem with it in general but I never use it in a sexual context.

Some people seem to think that admitting they are one means others will excuse their behaviour but in reality it just reinforces the fact that they are indeed a thundering cunt.

At the end of the day it’s a made up word, how you choose to receive the word is on you, not us.

Interestingly, it is misogynists who made the word seem awful.

A 'dictionary of vulgar words' in the 18th Century (I think) said it was a 'vile word for a vile thing.'

Yet, Queen Vic and Chaucer used it, so that's good enough for me.

The word Cunt is just a word, its what ever meaning or connotation you want to attach to it. Its quiet funny really that some people will object to a word or phrase, and then come out with a mouth full of garbage which could be deemed by others equally as upsetting. "There used to be a "grope cunt lane" somewhere in London in old Elizabethan times I believe "

1230 A.D. it's first use in the English Language it was apparently a "red light district" adding to the theory it comes from Geman Kutte for prostitute. Or you can an Latin cunnus which one translation is "sword sheath" or vulva. But most believe it has always been aimed the vagina, but not deemed offensive till late 18th century.

Cunnilingus comes from cunnus (vulva) licking not cunt licking. Cunt was a separate word, and an unpleasant one even back then.

I prefer pussy or kitty rather than c*nt.

If I recall right, c*nt was voted the most offensive word in the English language!

I use it when having sex or sending a filthy message.

Nothing is wrong with the word cunt. I like the word when it's referring to a vagina.

I don't like it when it's used to refer to a person.

It’s not the nicest word in the English vocabulary I’m sure a few people will find it quite offensive

I tend to use it during a bit of road rage

North fife

The word is a neutral term up here (north of the border)....for example,

1.all cunt means everybody, 2. wee cunt means small person

3. big cunt means two things a large person or a big bad person.

4. Smelly cunt a person the smells

5. Where did that cunt go? Means where did that person go?

It can mean a person or a type of person. Normally needs a description before it to advise on its use.

Cunt as a term for vagina is less used here incase you get your cunts muddled up. We don't want to get our cunts muddled up do we?

i love the word cunt. I see nothing wrong with it at all. I use it to describe a womens lady garden but also as a term of endearment to friends etc.. if i call someone a cunt i am not being horrible, it means i actually like you as a person
