Why is it some kinks and fetish are shamed and removed from site ? I’m sure there are lots of kinks out there that get blocked

The depiction of urination for sexual purposes had long been illegal in the UK, in fact it was made worse in 2014 when the banning of the depiction of female ejaculatuon in the 'extreme pornography' section was added to the Criminal Justice and Immigration Act and the Obscene Publications Act. (The justification being it wasn't possible to distinguish it from urination...)

There has been, at the start of 2020 a change of guidelines by the CPS

Instead of a list of forbidden acts, the new guidance says owning or producing pornographic material is unlikely to be prosecuted if:

-It features consenting adults, where the provision of consent is made clear where consent may not be easily determined from the material itself.

-No serious harm is caused, whether physical or otherwise.

-It is not otherwise linked with other criminality.

-The likely audience is not under 18.

The CPS said it would "continue to robustly apply the law to anything which crosses the line into criminal conduct and serious harm"."

I assume sites like fab are still erring on the side of caution because the CPS say it's unlikely to prosecute(but not that it 100% WONT).

Very good point - as a Watersports/Pee lover, I see no depravity in some of the nice WS pics that get through and so why not let us see some WS vids
