it's not for everyonebut requires loads of lube paitcents and you need to be relaxed to.It can't be rushed either as it will only end in a bad expiernce if you do.

Start off with 5 mins, or 10 if you can, then repeat everyday, if you can take longer, add on 5 mins each time, after a week or so move on to a slightly bigger plug and repeat. You can buy a set of three training plugs, start off with the smallest, but many find these too small, so start off with the middle size, and work your way up to the biggest size.
