How many people have been contacted by fake accounts on here asking them if they would have a fully anonymous meet? Won’t FaceTime, won’t send a live pic which all rings alarm bells. Unfortunately I have been targeted by several changing profiles who seem to think I’m some sort of idiot! It’s way too easy to be a verified profile on this site sadly and ruins it for all the genuine fabbers x

once you leanr how to spot them or have suspiciouins i find it is better to not entertain them any further. As sadly this now seems to be par for the course, as had similar issues when using dating apps.

We have noticed that the number of fakes has risen over the last year or so .its a shame as it ruins it for the genuine people on here

I’ve learned my lesson and can spot them far easier now but unfortunately the same people keep creating new profiles in order to contact me. I just wondered if others have had the same experience x

Yes we've noticed this. We block them, but the same person keeps making new profiles and messaging.The person is very close to us too and always asks if we are in certain areas.. so weird

Yup quite a lot have messaged us that are verified profiles but were unwilling to swap fully clothed videos with fingers held up etc. We'd understand if we were asking for face or nude but if they can't do a fully clothed video that doesn't show faces it's obviously a fake

It’s very scary, one person wanted me to wait for them blindfolded, completely naked without verifying their identity first. X

We've had loads contact us ,we can spot them a lot easier too now .but it's not just on here ,we get it on social media aswell

Unfortunately due to the ever changing profiles I think that would be hard to prove, they know exactly what they are doing.

Isn’t it amazing!!!! Mainly all they are doing is wasting their own time! Any thoughts on why they go to so much trouble?

Some are just vulgar aswell .perhaps it's because thay can't get anywhere with a real profile ,because thay are ugly on the inside

Yes I agree, some have turned quite nasty with me when I’ve refused to meet as they wouldn’t verify.

We have had the same problem.

Offered to meet in a pub for a social then blocked us the day of the meet.

Very soon realised that the pics she sent didn't match her body shape and size..or height

Does make you wonder what they get out of it.?

When I suspect fake I ask them to make a short audio message saying " Sussex team up I want your clocks '

Reckon I have said that to 100 couples or female profiles with about 10 spending the message..

So 1 in 10 genuine unless I offended some by asking?

Think most people will have experienced fake profiles. They are easy to spot and commonsense will enable you to avoid them.

That would make sense with the amount of fakes I have encountered. I find a live pic or video chat is not a lot to ask if the other person genuinely wants to meet, in fact genuine people are more than happy to do it knowing that a sexy night together would be the result xx

I have plenty of common sense and that’s why I have avoided meeting these people but I’m referring to the same people ever changing there profiles and was interested to find out how many had experience of that, more for venting than anything else as it’s a bit tiresome.

Exactly. I have unverified blocked, but way too easy to get verified as a fake. And I’m not into blocking newbies xx

I've just done this, newbies only have to wait a few days and it gives them time to at least photo verify themselves. It's not much to ask.

We was all newbies at one point so that's why we give them a chance .if only you had to do a face verification on signing up would stop a lot of fake accounts
