How have couples found the club scene since them reopening?

Thinking of venturing back to one as it was a while we had visited one even before Covid.

Please share your thoughts, experiences and recommendations.

They're just like they were before covid, busy but with hand sanitizers! Not sure if they're all asking for a covid pass?

Our local club is asking for proof of jabs and tests, but still not back to how it was for numbers of people going x

CONISTON .Stoke Suburbia. Staffs. BARMOUTH. The Lakes (Monthly)

Chameleons now asks for the NHS App as proof of vaccination record, they used to accept the vaccination card but stopped that one after the Xmas party. As far as numbers going and play happening, it is more or less back to pre covid numbers and activity.

Hence why it's our go to club xxxxxx Suzi

Temperature check and covid pass needed for our local club. And now, of course, there’s hand sanitiser available.

At our local club, they check the Covid passport when you become a member. Then on the day, they check everyone's temperature and they also starting to ask for LFTs. There has always been plenty of antibacterial sprays and antibacterial soaps.

We are both double-jabbed; personal health and hygiene is a priority but we wouldn’t want to go a club and feel like the experience is anything “different.”

"Hand sanitiser!"

Well that is going to protect you at a swinging club

What super deadly disease??? For most people, the risk is minimal.

You may call it "lucky", but we've been going to clubs and parties, trying to live our lives, and have not caught Covid (yet). However, Miss Devil's work colleague who is extremely careful, not going out apart from normal work, has had it twice already, both times around Christmas. So we will continue to take our chances.

I did actually type something along the lines of hand sanitizer doing very little to combat Covid in a sex club where there are often all sorts of fluids and contact with strangers galore. Deleted it for fear of getting moaned at.

But yeah, as the chat has gone that way I do think it’s pretty funny. A lot of establishments are following the rules and ticking the boxes but it isn’t going to help much, is it?!

Let’s just hope we can continue to be as “normal” as possible this year.

We have been to three clubs post covid although not too recently. All seemed normal other than one needing to show a covid pass or negative test. Hand sanitizer's available but a bit pointless.

Cool. We will try one again soon. Maybe Cupids again as we haven’t been in years and heard it was refurbished.

We never had to show a pass when we went out last … and I got covid sat in a restaurant so I think it makes no difference on the environment you are in… yes a club is probably seen as more risky because of the fact it’s sex rather than dirty hands touching a tin of beans on the supermarket shelf… but it is what it is..

I so suppose the 5 million dead world wide will agree with you that’s it not that deadly, take your head for a walk and give yourself a slap

Anyway to the poster above, we don’t need to get into a Covid debate. That’s not what we are interested in, sorry so please save that for another discussion.

Just wanted to ask what clubs are like at the moment and if anyone has any recommendations, thanks.

It’s been great to get back out to the clubs with little changes other than spruced up venues.

Good point about Jan. Might try one next month or March. Will give us time to build up

Some courage I guess.
