Hiya,

What you wear depends on the club.

Some clubs are dress down - so you have to undress on arrival, some are dress down in play areas, so you have to undress to go upstairs for example, others have no dress down rule - we prefer these, as you dress up/down as sexy as you like.

The clubs with good websites should have the rules.

Undress on arrival?? I would have turned back had that been a rule x

Clubs vary some are like any vanilla club where people meet and chat, with the option of going upstairs where everyone dresses down (similar to your profile pictures). Other clubs have a compulsorily dress down policy.

For example, Quests at Leeds has a mixed bar area (bring your own alcohol and leave the bottles behind the bar as they have no licence to sell alcohol) where some people are in everyday clothes and others have dressed down or walk through the bar dressed down. Here people chat as in any club. Off the bar are the cloakrooms & lockers and dress down areas, private play rooms and open room, sauna, hot tub etc., similar to many other clubs up and down the country.

There is no pressure to play with other, some people go so they can play with the partner they go with rather than strangers.

Clubs give you options

That's why we avoid certain clubs.

The Attic in Derby has no dress down rule anywhere, some clubs - like Club Play in Blackpool - are dress down to go upstairs (to the playrooms)

I allways wear accesable underware even on meets as dont like to be fully naked! Stems from being bought up a naturist hated it plus my tum is not a good look x

Wear what you feel comfortable in. I spent the whole day worrying when we went to our first club but there was no need. Some wear normal going out clothes others hardly anything. My first visit was a short skirt with a see through top and basque underneath. I’ve not yet been brave enough to dress down in a club.

Yeah it depends on the club really what the dress code is.. or also if there is an event going on.. your best bet is to check the website of the club your going or just message the hosts that run the clubs for more info. I'm sure they can give you a much better idea what to expect and plus, as newbies to clubs.. the host will make sure you both feel welcome and give you a tour and explain all anyway. Hope you enjoy yourselves anyway and make sure you keep us posted how it went

I'm really new to clubs so I'm no expert, but as a general rule I'd say arrive dressed like you're going to a normal pub/ bar.

First time I stayed dressed in the bar to start with

Wear lingerie that you are comfortable and feel good in! Don't wear anything too fussy or fiddly that you will be fidgeting in or will feel self conscious!

I like to take heels to wear when dressed down but it's really upto you and they are really impractical in wet areas if I'm honest

I've started bringing a black satin and lace robe, I just chuck it on over my lingerie but leave it open and that's how im comfortable

Or after play/ going on the wet areas I can just throw it on and go back into the bar.

First time I felt like my towel was constantly falling down when back in the bar but I know some places provide dressing gowns too so just check the club website

My main advice would be talk to as many people as possible, ask the staff if you're unsure of anything and just have fun! It's way more chilled than you probably think!

excited and nervous is perfect we've been hitting clubs for 28 years and still get nervous but we like that as it keeps us alert ...just remember number one rule your in charge of yourselves and stick to your lines in the sand ....oh and have fun does not always have to be sex

When we first started swinging 4yrs ago we found clubs easier than private meets.

There is less expectation in a club we have been many a time and not played just socialised.

Clubs we have been to have no dress Down rules unless is a naked spa club.

Gents dress smart casual ladies normally have a sexy dress with sexy underwear.

Research the clubs on line some have changing rooms so can put out fit on there.

Ultimately clubs are like night clubs with the addition of play rooms they can be themed can be secure can be unsecured, people maybe able to watch ultimately its up to you as you choose you room. Some have dark rooms and cinema some also have pools and hot tubs.

Relax go with no expectation and enjoy

We’ve been to quest. You just dress smart casual or as sexy as you want. You have to dress down in the play rooms though

Really depends on the club, what night you go. Decide on that first. Take a look at the clubs website and also search the forum for threads relating to the club and night

Check the dress code for the evening you're planning to attend. There will be single males and they will be a nuisance. Politely but firmly tell them to leave you alone. If you want to play wit one (or more) ask them if they want to play and make sure only those you invite join you. Same goes for other couples. You are in control. Yes, other will be asking you if you want to play, it's OK to say no. Be prepared for things to be quiet at first.
