Just go along and take it easy. You don't have to do anything if you don't want to.

Was nervous my first time its normal, be strange if you weren't.

Don't get d*unk to calm your nerves, just imagine you are going to the pub, you may people and chat.

That might be all you do anyway, if something happens then fine but don't expect anything and then if it did its a bonus.

mate you got this, don't be nervous,go in with no expectations, don't go in d*unk, stay in the lounge and literally go chat to people,I nearly bottled it my first time, don't, tomorrow is not guaranteed, you'll be fine.

Try going and then slipping into a dress, adds a bit of spice to the night.

Just treat it like a night at the pub or a social club, that just happens to have a few rooms upstairs.

In fact if you didn’t know it was a swingers club you’d just think it was a club/pub. (admittedly the women walking around in lingerie sort of gives it away )

There's nothing you can do to calm your nerves apart from walking in. We were bricking it first time, it took many visits to not be so nervous. The first visit is surreal! They're just normal people in clubs, no pressure, no feeling intimidated. Don't go with expectation though, it's not a free for all.

DON'T GET DR*NK is the best advice x just plan to go for a chat and don't be shy, the guys who stand awkwardly in the corner always freak me out. Hang by the bar and chat as people come for drinks but don't pounce on them x just be polite and be yourself x

Definitely take the offer of going in with a couple you already know, for your first time, especially if they have been before so can introduce you to others inside. If you’re not part of a clique (apologies; established group of friends), it can be very difficult to draw any conversation with anyone, apart from other solo males lol They’re worth a look though, for that element of “You never know”……

The nerves keep building right up to the minute you get in and pay. After that they go as you’ve done the hardest part

We were bricking it the first time we went. Weren’t sure what the vibe would be or what would be expected. But it’s literally such a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. We didn’t play our first time so we just hung out downstairs and chatted as people came in and out of the room we were in next to the bar. Ended up making friends with a nice woman and her husband who were also there for their first visit which was an added bonus.
