I have an array of cock rings some just latex others elasticated with bearings in! I find they are helpful and assist with repeat performance. They can hurt at times but are not supposed to be worn for hours! Instead of using elastic bands, a lace made into a slip knot is a good cheap alternative to try out before you buy!

The double sided velcro, that wraps round and fastens to itself is good too as it's totally adjustable. A word of caution - use it with the soft side on the inside, unless you like pain!
