Nothing worse than feeling feeling pretty crappy,whether alone or in company, Christmas seems to exacerbate this.Always here if anyone needs a chat.

Plenty of forum post about loneliness at Christmas. Have a look at a few of them, as other posters are opening their DM’s to chat if you’re feeling down.

I’m on my own but happy enough with it. My advice is to make plans to fill the day. A good morning walk tomorrow will also ensure you see other people out and about and not feel quite secluded.

This is my first Christmas without my daughter.

She’s spending it with her boyfriend so I know that once I’ve dropped her off later I’m going to be feeling crap.

It will be very strange waking up alone on Christmas Day
