Does the bored, sexually frustrated British housewife still exist?

I am not sure if this ever really existed beyond the letters pages of newspapers and adult magazines but I'd be happy to be proved wrong...

I would have thought unlikely now there is a plethora of online distractions. Although none of those replace a real, one-to-one connection, they may go some way allowing the indulgence and expression of built-in sexuality within a safe space.
