You've stood at the platform at your local Network SE railway station, seen the third rail and stared at it...

Have you ever been tempted to dry hump it?

1. If not, why not?

2. Where would you place your Costa coffee if you did?

You would get a nice shock if you did. I don't think you would be bothering about your Costa coffee with 650 volts running through you

Can't say it's crossed my mind to dry hump the third rail. I reckon it would make your plums tingle a bit.

Yes, shame about the coffee and I couldn't even recharge my phone or Vajankle as 650 V as the current would melt them.

Any upsides that you can think of?

Cheers, my plums would be insulated by my asbestos underpants (I have thought about this) but a tingle might warm me up on a chiily morning like this one.
