I don't get it.

Fine if someone wants to be hidden, their choice etc. But if you're going to interact with someone in any way, then at least have the courtesy of letting them respond in a meaningful way.

I don't know why people get annoyed about hidden profiles. Even if it's available it could be a load of bollocks.

200 close up pics of cleavage and some ranty text doesn't mean it's a real person.

I'd go one step further, if the profiles are hidden, then fabs should suspend all activities until the profile is active again. Most profiles are hidden cuz they don't want to participate or want a break from fabs, yet can't keep away from fabs

A message from a hidden profile that I have never interacted with before would just get deleted unread and there is no way I'd be sending pics to one anyhow even if I had chatted previously.

While yes, people have all different reasons for hiding their profile I think asking for pics etc when your profile is hidden is very presumptuous.
