"Before you start worrying about equipment have you made sure the room is appropriate for turning into a dungeon. What kind of flooding have you got as I can tell the carpet is not a good idea. What about the ceiling joists can you get to them if you are going to hang equipment from them. As have you got the right vibe in the room after all flowery wallpaper does not scream dungeon. " It’ll most likely be hardwood or some form of tile, for the flooring. I’m looking at purchasing a house a bit further north from where I live or renting a slightly more spacious house. I’ll try discretely asking my landlord about these or my realtor, when it comes to ceiling support. Ideally, I’d prefer more freestanding items such as stockades and some types of swings. Additionally, I want a full Arsenal of toys. | |||

You can always gag your subs to stop them making too much noise but in my experience Dom’s like to hear us scream when they’re inflicting pain on us. | |||
