I (male of couple) have never had any problems getting an erection with partners (quite the opposite in fact) but if I ever need to use it in future, I have a question - what happens when you cum, do you remain hard?

Yes and no, for me when I have used it, I don’t stay completely hard, but it’s back up and running within 3 or 4 minutes. Although sometimes it does. There is no hard and fast rule.

Also I think it helps me last longer as well.

It depends on what kind of form you're on. If you're on food form anyway then yes, I've just carried on thrusting while cumming and continued on until I've cum 2-4 times never stopping. But if it's a bad night and energy levels and desire are lower then it's usually game over after cumming. Maybe round 2 half and our later.

It just aids the body to be able to do more than without, but it still depends on your "starting point" a bit.

Viagra can give headaches. I know guys who only take half a pill because of this and drink plenty of water. The half pill still works incredibly well for them and there's less of; if not no, headache.
