All you need is bombyx l mori from lewstress.

if you want it to stay rock hard for a lengthy session even after cumming, id suggest taking

L Citruline malate. (12g serving)

They're available over the cou term at pharmacy but you'll need to got through a questionnaire.

They don't come without risk hence questions.

I have them on prescription to counter side wffwct of blood pressure tablets. Means they're a lot cheaper

Online pharmacy will do them, get sildenafil rather than viagara. Same active ingredient, but not the branded name.

Also get a low mg doseage to start with just in case and drink lots of fluids when taking them, and possibly take paracetamol or ibuprofen as they can cause headaches.
