They are a hell of a lot firmer and spring back to shape very quickly . I know most people are very anti them. Have to say i really dont mind them myself.

If it's as a result of a medical procedure rather than a cosmetic one, then okay.

Played with lots. Some have been average and others epic.

It massively depends on the surgeon and how you want them to loom on you.

Myself a fan on them if they are done the way I like.

But more importantly is how the owner feels about themselves.

But also nothing wrong with real ones.
