Need some help

I have got together with a girl we created a couple profile we need to photo verify we have uploaded a picture of us 2 holding the paper and showing the name of the account both her hands can be seen on the picture and one of mine as with the other I’m taking the selfie I have uploaded it last night but nothing has happened yet, why would that be ?
