Is bisexuality among men on the increase as men feel more comfortable and accepted? I certainly feel more comfortable today taking about my own bisexuality than say twenty years ago.

Love to here men and women’s thoughts on this or pm me?

Probably is a bit more common but also it’s not an issue talking about it as it was previously, so I’d say a bit of both of those things!

I think sites like this and especially FabGuys have allowed more bi guys to 'come out' so to speak

I knew I was bi for years but never done anything about it till I joined Fab

I also reckon there's plenty more 'straight' guys who will be more bi than they'd admit

As Dark Edge says above..and I and no doubt every other bi, gay or TV/CD can testify, there's plenty of straight guys who enjoy a wink, fab or message asking to meet for some cock fun

Now I've absolutely no problem with that, I work on construction sites so believe me I'm not exactly broadcasting I love cock when I go to my work, as its still a pretty 'manly' environment to be employed in, so I get some guys have reasons for saying straight on their profile when their not

Although I also get how people looking for bi guys will just ignore a straight guy saying he's bi incase he's just lying to get close to the wife/gf

I think in general bi is the least accepted sexual, speaking to people it seem now it’s mostly accepted to be straight or Gay, the comment I have gotten quite a lot is, “bi people should just choose” …. Wish it was as simple as that.

Anything that encourages us to explore our sexual feelings is only good and this site does do that. I am glad i decided to act on my feelings and feel much more confident now. The problem was society and the traditional roles that we all were supposed to lead, there is nothing wrong with people enjoying sex together.

I grew up in a macho world, coal miner semi pro rugby player until 28. So plenty of close and personal scenarios.

I am careful in who i meet, although i don't join in with the banter as much as before

In the past I have received prejudice and abuse from both the straight and gay community over my bisexuality. I have no idea if it's currently better or worse but I do believe bi phobia towards men is a big problem. It seems much more accepted for women. I tend to keep completely quiet about my sexuality unless I'm in a safe space like this.

It is slowly changing but most so called ‘Normal’ people still can’t get their heads around it you are either straight or Gay.

Well, this is Fab and it has "Fab straight" men. I would suggest that if you are homophobic you will struggle to cope with group sex and other men being naked near you, so on here pure straight is less likely to be seen.

However sexuality is not binary; there are many shades to it. It depends where you stand yourself as to where you perceive anyone else fits.

I think because sites like this are more open and people talk about being bi more, it is encouraging more men to explore that side. I do meet a guy here who is straight on his 'couple' listing but wanted to explore, and is now expert at oral, willing to be both top and bottom, and joined me in a male 3way meet. Mind you, he'd be mortified if anyone else, including his wife, knew about it.

I agree on sites like this it easier but I don't think as a older man it would be as easy.

Had this a few times with guys in group play especially if you give a helping hand during DP

I guess like a lot of things in the modern world, if you make it an option, people will try it.

I do get a lot of messages from guys listed as gay/bi/straight even trying tempt me into a blowjob or such. Usually they lead in with talk of “lots of married straight guys come see me” (lovely) and “you can put porn on and sit back”. I won’t flatter myself, these guys are playing numbers games and the more guys they invite the more positive responses they get. I guess the reason they do it is they get enough positive reaponses to make it worth the time and effort to do a lot of messaging. I suspect seeing more of it in porn leads you more likely to try it. Like anal, porn made that more popular than ever.

Mr here (obviously). No I wouldn't openly admit to being bisexual in the vanilla world. I think the world is still full of very judgemental, narrow minded people that would judge very harshly. Yes, I am sure some wouldn't but in my view the majority would. What makes it worse is that the people that are like that probably would like to/have done it too.

Btw, these people are missing out

Not just us then..we have had loads. We aren't sure if

A. They are genuinely bi but don't want people to know (we have no problem with that)

Or

B Just saying that to fuck the Mrs (We have a massive problem with that).

We personally look for verifications where they have met men.

Happy to hear a gay person view/experience of this?

I put straight on profile cos I’ve never done anything with another man, i don’t really find I’m attracted to men either (I can obviously spot a good looking one) but nothing sexually attracts me to men. But I do one day want to experiment in a mmf threesome or with another bi couple to see if it’s something I wanna continue doing, only then would I put bi curious. The term I think best used for me and others on fab would be heteexible

A totally vague theory I have is that people (men) join sites like this expecting to be getting BJs and sex at the click of a button. It turns out that it's harder than that (fnarr). So in order to get a BJ or some kind of action it's much easier to find it with another guy. Somehow we're not that choosy and statistically on this site we can't afford to be as there are more men than women. So we go bi in order to get blown. Obviously there are hundreds of different reasons and no one size fits all explanation but I wonder how many have turned 'bi' in order to get any action at all. Just a theory, don't crucify me for it.

I always knew I was Bi but never went with a guy till I was in my early 40's I had moved to a new area for work and was single and did not know anyone other then people I worked with. Joined a different site to meet up at first was just looking to meet women, but started to get flattering messages from bi and gay guys and I have to admit loved the attention and chatted to a guy who was gay and got to a point where agreed to meet him, I figured whats the harm in meeting if I don't try it will always wonder, so anyhow agreed to meet at his turned out my judgement of him was pretty spot on really nice guy chatted for ages and no pressure after about an hour or so he commented that he didnt think I was ready to do anything but I just said lets just go for it I sucked him at first and then in the heat of the moment tried anal for the first time and to be totally honest I loved it I knew I just needed to take that first step and now I have never looked back I love my sex life with both men and women

I've been told that really I'm just gay but not brave enough to admit it. I'm just pretending that I like girls as well. I'm just a coward and there's no such thing as being bisexual. I got that a lot in the 90's and 00's. It's still an attitude you find in the gay community. I don't know if this pattern of thinking applies to bisexual women though. They seem to be ok. It's a male thing mostly.

I agree that sites like this have made it easier to explore. I doubt I would have explored my bi curiosity without fab making it easier to take the first step. Now I’ve done it I’m glad I tried. I don’t know if that makes me bi or just curious to try new things, but I’m happy fab gave me space to explore and try something new which I enjoyed.

From my experience, what we call on here “Fab Straight” is a lot more common than we realise.

(And I’m talking about the real world, not just on fab”

People who are straight identifying and will only ever be, but will share certain experiences, on occasion. Especially in the modern age, a lot of straight men are open to having phone or cam experiences with guys.

This isn’t necessarily bisexuality (im sure some people go on to identify as bi or gay in the future) but is just when people want to express her sexuality.

Some of the best chats I have had have been with straight guys who just want to be horny for a bit.

I would suggest for comment the difference between Fab Straight and Bi or Gay is Fab straight is ok with male to male contact in the presence if females but does not actively seek it out whereas Bi and Gay do seek it. Any takers?
