You do still need to stick to a weight-reducing healthy diet and exercise when taking this.

Plus it may interfere with medication, esp the contraceptive pill.

Vitamin supplements are also recommended.

I'm on this however the chemist say they don't have any in stock and havent since April cause of a manufacturing problem I was gutted as I lost 3 stone on these in 12 weeks! So if you find a supplier let me know thanks x

Looking at the pic in your avatar I would gave to ask why you would want it, assuming its for you of course. You look very slim already.

I've been on it and like laine says, you still have to eat a healthy balanced diet, that's why I gave up
