Yep. Can't recall exactly but we've met about twenty guys and a couple of couples on here. Half the guys we've met more than once and three of them (so far) have met with Char on her own. We've had dinner and shopping trips with one couple, and spent four days camped in a field with a load of other Fabbers.

So yes, people do meet

Ok thanks for your reply’s it was a legitimate question not a Criticism of the site or people on it. One thing I will add and answer to one persons comment. There are actually legitimate reasons why some people do not show a face profile picture. I have a very good reason why I don’t display for who knows who to see. But if I speak to people I always offer a private face picture gladly. Thanks for your input though.

There are people who meet more than others. Some of us are taking it slowly though, like myself. I've not had a meet for over a year but I have been back at the clubs just socially. It takes time to get the feel for it again x

We generally use fab to arrange future meets with friends we’ve already met in the clubs. It’s easier and quicker to meet there in the first instance as opposed to spending time on here.

Plus It’s hard to get a true measure of someone based on their profile alone. We’re open to meeting others on here who we don’t know but it depends on many factors as to how it’ll progress.

Well I thank you all for your input. It’s my first time on a swingers site. I’ve been swinging for 20 years before I split with my ex three years ago. We did clubs private parties met some fantastic people. I was also a male escort in my early twenties for 3 or 4 years now that was fun and paid very well.

It seems more difficult as a more mature single guy to meet up. But I’m a patient laid back guy so I’ll give it time see what comes around.

Well I’m kinda glad it did slow down through Covid. Mainly cause I work in the NHS and I’ve seen how Covid destroyed lives.

But yes I agree Covid would effect it greatly

I went to clubs as a single guy, loved it. On occasion I still go alone or if I'm meeting Mrs Misfit later there. So I know first hand how nerve-wracking it is getting out to your first one. But I think its something everyone should try. And I know its not for everyone. Some people just don't like it and for some its just not a practical solution. Personally I think its the best way of networking, getting known and opening doors on the scene. And that visibility is so important on a site with so many others (especially for a single guy). After all you can see a photo, read a good profile, see good verifications and get sold a big game but you just can't judge that instant attraction and rapport like you can when you meet someone in person. There's people we've come across in clubs that we've really liked but then when we've seen their profile on Fab afterwards its one we probably wouldn't have taken particular intrest in. And maybe others would say the same about us. Online is no substitute for the real world.
