You don’t really always know who’s in the pics (although the Ts&Cs….etc) but if it’s a couple, and pics of themselves, then no one can criticise, they may still use condone with others but not photo them. Certainly, no one technically should show anyone in their profiles but themselves…

Removing a condom without consent during sex in the UK is r*pe under the Sexual Offences Act 2003, s.1 if the initial consent was conditional on a condom being used. The maximum tariff for R*pe is life imprisonment.
