Don’t expect any fun, it’s a very religious and conservative nation.

Otherwise, if you’re at that end of the Island, a boat trip to Gozo is a good day. Get the bus tour and you’ll see all the important bits, plus a stop off at The Blue Lagoon on the way back. It is a whole day though so maybe a bit much if you’re there just for a weekend

You should take a trip up to Gozo is you like natural beauty spots, or Mdina for a nice ancient walled city

I went there about 3 years ago, invited by an elderly man.He took me all over Gozo ( I was dressed as a woman) and I found the locals completely accepting of me. Of course, I like to think they didnt read me - but some probably did. I didnt go to any swingers venues or tv clubs - possibly they dont exist there, just did the usual touristy things.

My personal experiences (I am part Maltese myself) is that it's a very religious country. Your best bet for meeting people would be at the nightclub's in St. Julian's. I'm not sure what the Covid protocols are over there at the moment so that may be worth looking into.

The country itself is great and there are so many beautiful places to visit. I recommend Comino if you like swimming and like others have said, Gozo is a great place for a day trip
